Blank or incomplete dropdown lists

Hello,

For the last couple of days, I have been having trouble building a new Scheduled Task.
As a test I create a new task, add a “Query for one object” step, and try to make a selection in the “Autotask Entity Type to Query” dropdown, which only shows “No items found”.

I ruled out API limits in general

And all of my email parsing and ticket updates are working.

I then edited an older scheduled task that already has a working “Query for multiple objects” step.
I go to create an “Iterate through multiple items” step, successfully select the array and specify iterated item and count variables.
Adding a new step, I go to set a step condition, but the iterated item is not available within the expression builder…

I’ve tried multiple browsers, no adblock, saving and reopening the tasks and steps.

Hi @Mark ,

Thanks for the heads-up on this.

I have confirmed that this is an issue with our console, and we will work to remediate this as soon as possible. If we can get a hotfix pushed out before close of your business day, that will be our goal.

I’ll update here as soon as I can.

Thanks!

Hi @Mark ,

This is now resolved in our beta console. You can access your account at this URL and the Query step should work:

https://console-beta.us1.mspintegrations.com/

This will be pushed to our main (production) console in the next 24 hours.

If you have any other questions, just let us know!

Thanks!!

Thanks Travis, I can confirm that the first of these issues “Autotask Entity Type to Query” is now resolved.
However, I am still not able to select the “iterated item’s value” variable in an iterating step’s condition expression builder.

@Mark

My apologies, I initially missed the second part of your question.

I just replicated that behavior in my sandbox. We’ll get on it and update here as soon as it’s resolved.

Thanks!!

Hi Travis, this is working for me in the beta console now thank you.
