A customer recently asked me to create a video explaining the best way to handle emails that should become Autotask Opportunities. In his example, he receives an email from a customer asking to buy some laptop computers, and he wants to forward that email to MSPintegrations to create a new Sales Opportunity.
Follow along as I build a new email address that creates the opportunity in Autotask, and assigns the opportunity to the customer on their Autotask account and as assigned to this person’s Autotask user.
