I would like to monitor for locked users in Autotask. What is the object name of the user in the API?

Everyone who logs into your Autotask instance (whether that be an API user, an employee, or even a Dashboard User) are accessible using the Resource object in the Autotask API.

Thanks - I need to access the Locked field. But I do not see it. Do you know if we have access to it?

it doesn’t appear that Autotask exposes a field that describes whether a resource is locked.

You’d need to request Autotask add that field, unfortunately.
