Adding Email Attachment To Ticket Manually

When using the create autotask object directly, I want to add the attachment of the email to the ticket without using the workflow.

Store the results of the ticket creation, like this:

Then use the AP: Create Autotask Attachments action to add the attachments:

Side note: you will need to enter a number and then delete it from the “Parent Type” and “Publish” fields so that the lock/unlock button becomes available. This is a known bug that will be resolved soon.
