I’m interested in finding out whether it’s possible to set up several API integrations. This would be really useful for testing certain rule in our Autotask sandbox prior to moving to production.

I replied to your email, as well, but will answer here for the sake of others.
Each MSPintegrations tenant can only connect to one Autotask instance. We can provision a second MSPintegrations instance for you to connect to your Autotask sandbox instance. Since it is a sandbox, we discount the second MSPintegrations instance by 50%.
If you’d like to get started with a second MSPintegrations instance, you will need to create a new API security level and API user in that Autotask instance. You can follow the instructions on this page to create them and submit them to our provisioning system:
