Attachment HTML version of email message as an image attachment - Failure

I am looking for some assistance with the Attachment Option below:

None of our messages are able to be successfully rendered as image attachments:

Using MSPI’s documentation search field does not return a matching result, and I couldn’t find information about this option reading through MSPI’s documentation. If I missed it, please point me to the the correct page.

Any input is appreciated.

I tried this to but it did not do anything. It sounds cool.

This is a newer feature, and it’s not working well at the moment. We’re reviewing the implementation to see what we missed and we intend to have this functional soon.
