We used Email2AT in its original form 10 years ago or more, and have recently returned to the fold.
We have an account UDF named ‘Email2AT Domains’. IIRC this UDF allowed Email2AT back in the day to handle inbound emails from a customer with multiple domains.
I’m wondering if this UDF is still used? If not I may do a tidy up and remove it.

Yes, that UDF is still used in the Create Autotask Ticket and Update Existing Autotask Ticket actions. You can see how it’s used here:

I happen to be working on a rule that queries a client domain from an email and match to an account but not a contact. I see the UDF Email2AT in present and active in Autotask, but none of my accounts show the UDF when I edit the account. Would you happen to know why that may be happening?
