Autotask rejected attachment because file size is too large

What is the best way to handle the exception error for attachment too large on a ticket. Ideally I would like to send an email back to the sender.

With the current implementation of MSPintegrations, there is no way to automatically handle attachments that are too large. We intend to add more customization of that process in a future release, but there is no way to do that currently.

The only thing that I can suggest (and I recognize this is not ideal) is to implement a filter or transport rule on your upstream mail server before the message is passed to MSPintegrations.

I know this isn’t ideal. I have documented this as a feature and we will do what we can to make this process better.
