I have a Catch All rule, but it is still being it when I proceeding rule is already being hit, it’s not supposed to do that, the catch all is only supposed to triggered if none of the proceeding rules match

Each matching rule will fire in order until an action step explicitly stops processing a message.
To stop the final “Catch All” rule from firing, add a step to “Stop processing the message completely” to the end of the preceding rule:
