Hi, has anyone managed to add a Secondary Resource to a Ticket? I can create the ticket with a primary resource which works fine. Im then trying to add a secondary resource but getting stuck.
I think I have to use Ticket Secondary Resource. Is this right? What values do you put in if so?
You will need to “create” a new Ticket Secondary Resource, not “update” an existing one.
Assuming the property custom.ticket constains a ticket, and custom.resource contains a resource, you can use these values:
