Email Exceptions - processed emails not attached

Hi there,
Just wondering if anyone else is having an issue with the “Email Exception” emails.
When MSPIntegrations has an issue parsing a particular email it sends me an email notification advising that there was an issue and what the issue was.

This email has another email attached called “message.eml” which I assume should be the email it was trying to process but this attachment “message.eml” is always blank.

Does this happen to other people also?

Not sure this is important but is this a hosted email box or a remote email box?

Also if it is remote then is it O365 or IMAP based?

They are all hosted mailboxes.
