For anyone else following along, the error you’re referring to is:
That error means that MSPintegrations was unable to connect to the Autotask API. MSPintegrations automatically retries the connection five times with delays added to each retry. Because of that, this error usually means that the Autotask API was unavailable or otherwise not responding when this call was attempted.

I had the wrong criteria in my search query, so it was returning a huge number of results and timing out.
