Extracting company name from subject and modifying a ticket

I’m working on cleanup processes using the scheduled tasks.
An email comes in with a client name in the subject:
“Client The Gas Connection Anniversary Upcoming in about 2 months”

I want to extract the name, everything between Client and Anniversary and assign the ticket to that client.

I want to do the same thing with Uptimerobot. There is a tutorial on some (or maybe all), but I’m having a tough time figuring it out.
