Is it possible to use formatting options within the description like Bold, italic’s etc.
We would like to take an incoming alert and make the formatting better and wondered what options are available to us. Does it accept HTML etc?

The Autotask API provides no support for any rich text formatting (see “About Rich Text” here, which I have included as a screenshot below).
For that reason, you are unable to send any formatted text (bold, italic, or inline images) using the Autotask API, and subsequently through MSPintegrations.
