Getting a configuration item by Reference Name

Hello, I am trying to get an autotask configuration item, but do not see it as a selectable category.

Within the Autotask SOAP API, Configuration Items are called Installed Products.

Roger, I was also wondering when querying I need to get the installed product by reference name what is the associated property for that?
