How to set up the rule to send/Forward the alert to a different email instead of creating a ticket.

I have a workflow for generating a ticket and subsequently auto-closing alerts. Now, I’m seeking to create an additional workflow that will send an email to a different email address instead of initiating a ticket in Autotask.

Not sure if I follow your what you are trying to achieve but if the goal is that an email must go to a different address without creating/editing a ticket, why not use your email server to accomplish this?
