I’m wondering if anyone else is having this issue. When I get an exceptional report, the link to the history takes me to the new site, which I cannot log into. How do I get access to the new beta site?

Your user has the same access on the old and the new console site. There’s no different access or permissions between the sites.
Please navigate to https://console-beta.us1.mspintegrations.com/#/logout. You should see a login screen. Login with your user account again. I expect you’ll have access to your account.
Let me know what you see and we’ll go from there.
