All of a sudden, I’m not receiving emails reliably from the MSP integrations email address. Is anyone else experiencing this? I’ve already checked my spam message logs, etc., but I’m not seeing anything. I’ve tried both my work and Gmail addresses.
We treat this as an urgent request. Please email [email protected]. When you do, can you give a specific email address you sent to so we can check it out?

Just to close the loop on this… we emailed directly and resolved this. Your email address bounced which caused our SMTP service to suppress future messages to that address. I removed the suppression and you confirmed it is now working.
Thanks, we had a licensing issue with our email from a little while ago. I suspect that was the trigger.
