With the change to the console, has the endpoint for the old LiveLinks options changed as well? we do have that setup so that we can move a ticket from the unknown org to the real org, but when I tried it today it didn’t do anything. It just immediately goes back to the ticket instead of providing the MSPInt popup. It’s been a few months since I’ve needed to use it.
The base URL for the LiveLink was: MSPintegrations
With the new console link having the country designator in it (MSPintegrations) do I just need to change that domain portion?
Note: I just tried that and it didn’t work, so the question is really whether that tools link is still there and functional?
