I’ve just received 4 Exception emails.

@user5 Did you happen to be using Autotask when these errors occurred? Some of the errors look like the Autotask API sent an error response that wasn’t valid JSON, and MSPintegrations choked on it. I suspect Autotask was offline when these happened. If you can correlate that information, it would be super helpful to know!

Thank you for looking into these errors.

I wasn’t using Autotask at the time the errors occurred, so unfortunately I can’t tell whether the system was offline during that period. The errors happened after 10 PM in our timezone.

We just added a few more tests for “Autotask offline” that should handle these more elegantly. Autotask has a number of planned maintenance windows this week, so we should know soon whether we adequately covered all the potential cases.
