Only import latest reply instead of entire email thread on an existing ticket

Is it possible to only import the latest reply on a mailthread on an existing ticket?
For example if the customers replies to one of our engineers we want to only import the reply in the ticket to prevent clutter.

Yep, you can use the variable called {{email.body_stripped.visible}} instead of {{email.body}}.
