I have a workflow from APC Smartconnect that pulls the serial # out and attaches the ticket to the correct asset.
It’s then closed loop so if power is restored it merges the ticket.

Not the same,
We were using Reference 2 on UPS Shipping Tags to have the ticket number in them, so that we have the tracking info from UPS feed into the ticket so that if the clients calls in asking for the status of a part or a laptop, then helpdesk can see the updates from the shipper.
