Is there a way to “Pause” processing? AT is down for like 6 hours for maintenance, so we’re getting a ton of failure emails.
Unfortunately, there isn’t a way to pause things right now. However, I spent a few hours tonight testing the API calls during the Autotask outage, and I’ll be deploying an update soon that will elegantly handle Autotask outages by automatically pausing your processing whenever a workflow needs Autotask but can’t connect.
Thank you for mentioning tonight’s Autotask outage. It provided me an opportunity to see the exact responses when the API is offline and create tests to intercept those situations in the future.
I was VERY happily working on my awesome new asset creation tool. I had no idea they had scheduled maintenance that was supposed to last SIX hours. Ugh. Have a good one man!
