Re-open a Ticket and put it back into unassigned with no resource attached

Hi, I want to be able to reopen certain tickets as part of a scheduled task. When they reopen I want the tickets back into unassigned with no primary resource attached. When I try this I am getting an error. Is this possible and if so how can I achieve this?

Autotask does support modifying tickets so that the assigned resource is empty, but you must also clear the assigned resource role.

Can you share the exact error noted in the MSPintegrations logs when MSPintegrations tried to update the ticket?
