Thanks Travis for your work on this.

Here is a little update:

On Wednesday April 22nd at 21:14 (GMT+2) we got an email informing us that the processing was put on hold since the Autotask API was unavailable.

I’m not sure if this was the first kind or the second kind of failure but we did not get any messages about no XML document.

Here are some examples in which the processing was successfully paused and resumed:

@user5 Thanks for providing those URLs. These are examples of the system working exactly as it was intended. Autotask had a short outage. The system recognized it, paused the processing, and tried again 5 minutes later.

You can see here in the logs that the system identified the Autotask outage and retried 5 minutes later:
