Route - Unknown to a Separate Account

For the last few inbound processes we have direct with autotask, we have it if it cannot find a match to push the ticket to the account

“29684328 - . Unknown - Sorting Account”

We need the ability to replicate this in the platform in order to shutdown the old parsing rules

This is done to not clutter up account 0 and we have workflows setup to bring attention to any tickets that land in this sorting account

I found the issue, the choose a default company name, was not allowing me to type in to change the company
