It’s great that the original message is stored in Autotask, but could we have a feature that adds an internal note to a ticket containing a link to the message in 365, correctly handling that the message is moved by setting the destination field on the mailbox.

Good news! We do expose the URL and ID of Microsoft messages you ingest through a remote mailbox. Add a step to create a ticket or note and include {{meta.remote.id}} and/or {{meta.remote.url}}. Both of these link to the message using an ID Microsoft marks as immutable, and it will follow the message even if you move it to a new folder.
