Hi, does anyone know if sending webhooks as an action is being considered and if so, in what time frame?
We are looking at using webhooks for more complex processing outside and incorporating the post-processed response into the workflows. An example could be when parsing an email for a new ticket, sending a webhook to do activities such as creating a summary of the request providing indicative categorisation, etc. Power Automate or any other similar platforms could do these.
@travis , we are looking at putting measures to improve readability of text attached to the ticket (notes) by passing them through ai summariser. Having ability to have a webhook action would allow us to remove double handling and instead have the ticket note cleaned up before the ticket note is created.
So in other words I’d like to ask if it’s possible for o prioritise adding webhook or rest api call actions, it would be greatly appreciated.
