Ticket Category not showing

Hi,
I have created a new ticket category in AutoTask and tried to selecting in Email2AT but its not showing, I can see all of the others just fine.
I tried to change the name of one of them slightly to see if it was reflected in E2AT but it wasnt.
Any ideas please?

The web console caches information for 5 minutes. If you wait at least 5 minutes and then refresh your browser window, it will retrieve updated field information from Autotask, and it will also list any newly-created ticket categories.

I find if you save your work and go back in, that will get it to refresh the list.

Ended up to be a simple one, cleared the cache on FireFox and it showed immediately.
