How do you access the Ticket Detail Alerts ( Awesome Screenshot )? I want to filter based on them.

The “Alert” fields are available as a distinct Autotask API entity called “Account Alert”. If you already know the account, and want to view its alerts, you can query for the alert like this:
If you want to query for accounts based on them containing a particular alert, you’d query like this:

Ah, sorry I didn’t notice that part.
I’ve looked and I don’t see Contact Alerts exposed anywhere in the Autotask API at all. If that’s accurate, then there’s no way to access those from MSPintegrations.
